Happy Birthday to Me!

We made it back from Disneyland just in time to celebrate my birthday. I am so grateful to have had another great year with a husband and kids that love me so much and are so good to me.  I'm grateful to live by our families and the time we get to spend with them. I loved having our good friends Paul and Kimberly Morrison visit on my birthday - it was great to catch up with them. My birthday always makes me reflect on how truly blessed I am. Here's to another great year!

Hymas Disneyland Trip!

We had such a great time on our trip to Disneyland with our Hymas family! It was great to get everyone together and enjoy a wonderful vacation.  We were so happy that Makell was able to join us last-minute in California and really wish Tyler could have come, too.

My favorite moments:
1. Ryan's face while telling me all about his first Space Mountain ride ever
2. Molly trying her first cotton candy
3. Emily chatting away to Cinderella like they were best friends
4. The kids trying hats on at the Mad Hatter
5. Tasting a famous Disneyland corn dog for the first time
6. Chelsey's awesome flying in Dumbo - up and down and up and down...
7. Hearing Jason laugh with his sisters

The trip was full of sore feet, blisters, squabbling, and crankiness, but it was also full of lots of laughing, kids' amazement, yummy food, and great times.  Our little family had a wonderful time! I hope everyone else did to. We are very grateful for Denise's idea to put this trip together and for paying for the house for all of us. I'm also grateful that Jason has a nice job that allowed us to take our kids on this fun little trip.  Let's do it again! Hymas Disneyland trip 2015?!?
