New Years Eve - Goodbye 2012!

We had a great time having some treats and watching movies while we waited to say goodbye to 2012. Ryan and Molly (of course) didn't make it until midnight.  Well, actually, neither did Jason or me. We both fell asleep on couches but woke up at 11:30 refreshed enough to make it to the countdown. (I'm getting too old!) I do have to say that I am so disappointed with the network station countdown shows.  I remember watching "Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve" when I was younger and loving it.  I was so horrified when we turned in on for a few minutes for the countdown to see the drunk hosts, the sleazy outfits of the people at Time Square, and the altogether immoral atmosphere.  It won't be long before we just won't be able to watch any sort of TV.  Anyway, the girls loved staying up until midnight.  Here's to a great year in 2013!

Beanboozled

After receiving a box of Bean Boozled for Christmas during our Hymas Christmas party gag gift exchange, we decided it would be "fun" to try the game out! I didn't make it past Dirt, Chelsey quit at Earthworm, Emily and Jason quit when they got Vomit, but Ryan just kept on going. Jason would give him one to try and he'd say, "Mmmm.  Tastes like... dirt."  And then, "Mmmm.  Tastes like toothpaste."  occasionally he'd get a normal one like peach.  We finally had to take them away because I think in his mind we were giving him candy and it didn't matter what it tasted like - he was going to keep eating it! We love this crazy kid!!
