Well, for more summer fun before school starts, we took another trip to the Children's Museum, went to the Milwaukee Art Museum on Lake Michigan, and to the Wisconsin State Fair. Below are pictures of all of our big adventures.
The fair was a lot of fun. We actually got in free by volunteering to help a group called Hunger Task Force. We collected unperishable food items and gave out vouchers to get into the fair cheaper outside one of the gates. It was a lot of fun and we also got free t-shirts! :) (You can see them in our picture with the cream puff). Speaking of the cream puff, the Wisconsin fair is famous for them, so we decided we just HAD to try one. At only $2.75, it was a real bargain, so we split one and barely made it through it. We do have to say, however, that the reputation is well-earned.
Anyway, it's been fun to play this summer, but we're getting ready for school to start. Orientation starts on Monday and lasts a week, and then it's time to hit the books! We love all of you and thank you for everything you do for us!
