Chelsey turned to me and said, "That says 'spider lily,' Mom!" and I thought, "Wow, my baby is reading!" I asked her how she knew that and she said she sounded it out. Total surprise to me!
The Domes are a wonderful place in Milwaukee that can give a busy mom with kids a mini-vacation, especially during the blahs of winter. The show dome has revolving exhibits, with the current one being "English spring garden." The other two domes are a tropical forest and a desert dome. Just the smell alone can give you the strength to make it through until spring!
