Last night was one of the most memorable nights of our six years so far. My wonderful, thoughtful, amazing, and beautiful wife had the great idea to go to the Brewers game to celebrate our anniversary. I jumped at the chance (literally) and we were able to get tickets. It was such an amazing game. The Brewers have not been in the playoffs since 1982, so everyone in Milwaukee is very excited about it. It's not every day you get to go to a playoff game and this was the first one ever played at Miller Stadium. The Brewers lost the first two games of the series in Philadelphia, so if we had lost here at home, this would have been the last game. Luckily, with the support of great fans like Amy and me, they beat the Phillies 4-1! It was so exciting to be there and see the team do so well. Now we just hope they can do the same today and on Tuesday and continue on to win the World Series. Regardless of what happens, it was a great way to spend our anniversary and I'm glad Amy was willing to take tickets to a ballgame as her anniversary present. She's the greatest! As you can see below, we really had a great time.
