At the Brewer's game last September
Tonight the Brewers were down 9-12 when Prince Fielder hit a grand slam (his career FIRST) to place the Brewers ahead at 13-12. Another run by Cory Hart and another game-save by Hoffman sealed the deal: Cleveland 12, Milwaukee 14!

(Jason was so excited -- he had to call me while I was in the check-out line at Lowe's. The check-out clerk looked a little irritated, so I proceeded to explain that our team was playing and was down 9-12 when one of our favorites landed a grand slam to put the team ahead and that my husband was so excited he had to call and tell me....well, she just wanted to check my items. She did wish me a good night, though, with a "hope your team wins," as I ran out. Not a baseball fan, I take it, but a pleasant girl all the same.)
